+ OTTIMA posizione dell'hotel, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale e a 2 minuti dalla fermata della metro più vicina; personale disponibile e cordiale; stanza comfortevole e pulitissima; prima colazione soddisfacente; costo contenuto. L'ideale per qualità / prezzo!

+ The hotel is located near the Central Train Station, about a 6 minute walk away. Room was small,clean but practical,with flat screen T.V and plenty cupboard space. Bathroom, one of the smallest we have ever had, but practical.Even though the site says no elevator, there is a small elevator which is useful as we were on the 4th floor.We had, at our request, a back facing room which was very quiet. Breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations, as did the staff who were courteous and polite.

We stayed at Hotel Demo to be near the railway station. It was a ten minute walk. Based on the staff, lobby and our triple room, I can say that this hotel is excellent value for money. They lobby was brightly lit, warm and welcoming in the middle of winter. Our room was spacious, clean, seemed newly renovated, with a large bathroom and a balcony that looked onto a quiet inner courtyard. There are at least two large restaurants nearby and a very good coffee shop on the way to the station. There is a Metro station nearby or you can catch the metro at the main station. The area is a bit industrial, with parking buildings and so on, and you don't see many Italians here, but the people in the area are going about their business, not hanging around. Highly recommended.

+ Симпатичные номера, в оформлении которых использованы репродукции известных картин (в основном, Караваджо). Близко к вокзалу. Неплохой завтрак, отзывчивый персонал. Бесплатный wi-fi в номере. 

- Отсутствие лифта. Небольшие проблемы с сантехникой (устранили самостоятельно в течение 2 минут). Невозможность заплатить городской налог кредитной картой.

Летели череза Милан с очень поздним прибытием в Мальпенсу и очень ранним убытием из Бергамо. Перспектива ночевать на вокзале не радовала. Отель поэтому выбирался поближе к Центральному вокзалу Милана. В этом плане расположение Demo очень удобное: автобус из а/п Мальпенса проезжает мимо отеля и сорентироваться куда идти ночью легко. Пешком до шаттлов минут 5 ходу. Рецепшн и любби-бар работают круглосуточно. Номер чистенький, небольшой но уютный.

- En una de las habitaciones cuadruples, había una cama de matrimonio.

Although I have read about bad reviews on Hotel Demo before my stay - my stay at Hotel Demo is a pleasant one. The hotel staff (especially everyone at the reception were helpful and polite. I stayed in a quadruple room and it is very clean. Breakfast although it was simple but it was good. The cappuchino is superb. Location wise the hotel the hotel is very near Milan Central station and is on a main road and nearby the Sondria metro station (yellow line). If you do not mind a bit of walking you can walk to Corso Buenos AIres - the shopping area. For Muslim travellers who are looking for halal food - three doors a way is a halal kebab shop. No problem for halal food.

Hôtel très bien situé (à deux pas de la gare et desservi par le bus ou le métro qui permettent de rejoindre le centre de Milan en quelques minutes). Calme (quand on a une chambre sur cour), propre et confortable, il est géré par un personnel essentiellement russe, très efficace. Petit-déjeuner buffet correct et assez varié

Bonne situation géographique. A deux pas du métro et de la gare centrale. Petit déjeuner copieux et literie confortable. Stationnement à 20 € pour 24h. Facile à trouver.

Das Hotel befindet sich in sehr zentraler Lage zum Zentrum, U-Bahn- Station ist nur eine Minute entfernt. In der selben Straße gibt es auch ein Restaurant, bei dem man sehr sehr gut und günstig essen konnte, auf jedenfall eine Empfehlung wert. Für das Geld (3 Nächte, 81 Euro ingesamt pro Nase) kann man sich nicht beklagen, Zimmer waren sauber, wurden jeden Tag gereinigt, dass Hotelpersonal war sehr hilfreich, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Das Frühstück war zwar nicht klasse, aber ausreichend. In Mailand sollte das sowieso nicht der Schwerpunkt sein, deswegen ist das kein Negativpunkt für mich.

I liked the location cause it is closed to the station and i had an early flight to catch in the morning and the price was convenient too
